My inspired choice for a excellent lunch or dinner was the Green Parrot restaurant in Castries, with lots of Caribbean specialities ( just ask for christophene au gratin, a Caribbean squash with cheese) and a good selection of tropical vegetables. Each of their 4-course dinners didnt cost me more than 40 $ and I always had a fine coktail in the lounge before it. You can find it at Morne Fortune, tel 4523399.
